This year, the Northwest Intermountain Synod ELCA will be marching in the Pride Parade and has invited Hope Lutheran to join them. We are excited for this opportunity to walk alongside other congregations within our synod and publicly share God’s love and welcome for all people.

If you would like to join us for the parade, please email amanda@hopeeagle.org to be added to the Hope Lutheran text group. Participants will receive updates about meeting locations, timing, and other important information.

The Northwest Intermountain Synod ELCA is entry #56 in the parade lineup, located behind the ACLU and ahead of Cathedral of the Rockies. We will be the first group in a cluster of churches, including the Episcopal Churches of the Treasure Valley and Southminster Presbyterian Church.

Check-in will be at the intersection of W. Spa Street and S. 14th Street. The parade route is short, at just under one mile, and concludes at the festival grounds in time for the Interfaith Service.

In addition, the Northwest Intermountain Synod ELCA will be hosting a booth at the Pride Festival in partnership with Luther Heights. We invite you to stop by, say hello, and learn more about the ministry and outreach work being done throughout our synod.
