Hope’s Food Pantry is open Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Other arrangements can be made by calling the church office at 939-9181. We provide cereals, pastas, noodles, soups, canned vegetables, etc. that should help you prepare meals for yourself and your family.

Church membership, attendance, or registration is not required.  We are open to all members of the community regardless of denomination or belief, so stop by and let us help. Our food pantry is sponsored by our congregation, the Idaho Food Bank, and Thrivent Financial for Lutherans.

Once again this summer we will offer a free lunch of hot dogs, chips, a drink and some good old-fashioned fellowship to all who stop by on Wednesdays at lunch time (11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.).  The first day of Hot Dog Lunhes will be May 29, so mark your calendar and stop by to visit and eat.

Often times, the question is asked "Why do you do this?" or "I thought there was no such thing as a free lunch."  We offer this lunch because we believe there is a need in our community and God is calling us to respond.  With the economic crisis we are all experiencing right now, it is good to have a chance to get away from the financial pressure of buying or providing a lunch.
